I called with a pool emergency and Mike was out within an hour fixing my Pool. He is always a pleasure to do business with.
Micheal came out and immediately found the leak. Hot tub is up and running. He understands the systems like the back of his hand. We have a heritage 2. He is also very professional and a nice guy.

The service man Mike came out to help us promptly. He was kind, professional and efficient. 👍
Had an issue with the pump head leaking. Contacted Hydra by phone. Got a human to answer not a robot. I’m not a fan of press 1 for this 2 for that you know the lingo. They got me in contact with the service department. I spoke with Mike on a Monday evening right before 5pm and he had our pool back up and going Tuesday evening. Thanks Hydra team for making this repair simple and easy. Glad we purchased our pool through you!
