I want to give recognition to Hydra in Rock Hill, SC. I purchased a Polaris robot cleaner from them last year. A month ago it stopped working. Rachel was very helpful in working with me to get this resolved. If you're in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area, our only Polaris service center is near Lake Norman (45 minutes north). Rachel worked with the store owner and then called Polaris to get a brand new Polaris replacement for me! This store has excellent customer service and Rachel is very knowledgeable and dedicated. Thank you!
It was a Saturday and one of my pool hoses sprung a leak. Mike was able to come over and fix it that afternoon, even though he was not working that day. That's what I call great and reasonably priced customer service! Thank you, Mike!
