We’ve had our hot tub going on 2 years. It has been a great experience working with the expert staff at Hydra, hot tubs and Pools in Rock Hill. After noticing a little water around the tub, we called Mike. He came out the same day found a loose union. Not only did he fix the loose union, but replaced two gaskets while he was in there. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service we get from Mike and Hydro, hot tubs and pools.
I had a recent link in my hot tub and I could not have been more pleased with Mike. He came right out to access the issue, got the part ordered and repaired. Even in this cold weather. Everyone has been great at Hydra Hot Tubs and Pools.
We bought our spa from Hydra a little over two years ago and the customer service is the best we have seen. Fast friendly and very knowledgeable. Rachel, Hailey, Mike and Jeremy are always available and happy to help with questions and the occasional troubleshooting. Our spa water is consistently clean and clear thanks to the staff at Hydra. Whether you’re buying new or looking for help with water chemistry and supplies we highly recommend Hydra!
We had what we thought was an issue with the heater and pumps in our Baja 15. Mike took my call, listened to our situation, answered all of my questions, did some research and came out to the house to show me how the jets and heater work. I now know how to correctly use our jets when the heater is on. He also set us up with more efficient filter cycles while he was here. Thank you, Mike!
Love having a place right around the corner I can bring a water test to, FOR FREE and take the guess work out of reading Ph strips! They never try to sell me things I don’t need! Christina, Haley, and Rachel are always so helpful!
