The owner is genuinely kind and caring. It's amazing how knowledgeable he is. My wife and I called about 12 places trying to see which places offered more specific tests than the general 'mood disorder test' that most clinics give. He was one out of two that we found in the valley that could offer the more detailed tests that we were looking for. He got back to us immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
