Our boat was brought in on 9/6/16 for winterization and to replace the gas gauge. We had called prior to make the appointment. It is now November 29,2016. We have not received a call despite numerous calls to find out what the status is of our boat. We made a trip to the establishment in the beginning of November and no on e could tell us what the status was and that the guy who is supposedly working on it was on a service call and would get back to us. I had recently purchased my sailboat in Rexford NY, the boat had been sitting there for a while and we needed to get the engine serviced ASAP. During the very busy season, Dave and Chris helped with immediate attention to get us on our way. Prices in the store are very competitive and even cheaper then west marine. It was a pleasure to do business with a local family. Thanks again team
