Patient Feedback / Complaint I had an absolutely frustrating experience with my procedure today. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and did not leave until 2:45 p.m. My procedure itself only took about five minutes, and when I first arrived, there was only one person ahead of me. What made this unacceptable is the wait time. I was originally told one time, then it was changed, and the delays had nothing to do with my doctor. When a armed security guard is station outside the school next play ground . Really zero parking. Street is like winning the lottery. Very bad location. Then the security guard has his white Tahoe parked in the medical parking lot!!
I've had three procedures there. I'm a big scardy cat when it comes to anything medical, let alone surgical procedures. I'm very happy to say that everyone at Hyde Park Surgical Center has been incredibly accommodating, well mannered, and professional. In short, the staff there have made my surgical procedures a painless process. The doctors are especially attentive and professional. My Dr. there is Dr. Mark A. Farag. He's been very good.
