No offense to sit at the bar for 25 minutes and being early by 15 minutes and you forgot to come get us is rude. We ended up eating at the bar for our 5th anniversary. The manger had the balls to say hello and offer us better sitting for our next visit. Really, next visit? I highly doubt it. Thanks for nothing
I went because the hotel had a menu displayed that stated two entree meal for $19.95 open til close. Get there hostess (unpersonable) tells me that it was until like I can't read. Wish I could post picture of the sign saying until close. She told me order would be approximately 15 minutes and it actually took 40 for a salmon salad.
Went to the Beachwood Ohio location for my birthday and it was great the managers was on point even getting a card signed from the whole staff the food is a 10 every dish we had was amazing!!!! Will be going to the one in Michigan. Great Job!!!!!
Everything I ordered was perfect. From the Blood Orange Martini to the Filet Mignon. Perfection!
