Absolutely fabulous for drinks and appetizers! If you can make it past the wonderful martinis, the food and wait staff is exquisite! The days of the stuffy, dark, cigar smoking steak houses are gone! The atmosphere is lovely and the lighting is just perfect! Those of you who spend your time at Morton's or Ruth's Chris know what I mean by dark and dismal decor! I have recommended Hyde Park to so many friends and colleagues and they all have been very pleased!

Service is horrible! We waited 15 minutes after being seated for anyone to come over and ask us if we would like anything to drink. It took another 20 minutes to get our food order in. Once we finally got our food we didn't have any silverware and tried for 15 minutes to get our waiters attention. The people at the table next to us had to ask our waiter to bring us silverware!
