Well on a Saturday afternoon Mike made my day. I was told I had to buy new bathroom taps .Then some one referred me to Hyde Park plumbing they said Mike would know the name of the taps Sure enough he took one look at the tap and declared it to be American Standard and said he could help me With in five minutes he found the cartridge. So much for the big box stores . my plumbing needs will be with Hyde Park Plumbing on Blue Heron Drive in London Ontario. The service was remarkable on a Sat afternoon.
We were extremely impressed with Hyde Park Plumbing & Heating this week. Our thermostat needed to be replaced, and they sent Sonny and Steven out first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly, and the new thermostat is working perfectly. We really appreciated the prompt response, and the technicians went above and beyond to help us, offering helpful advice and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended!

We just bought a Toto Aquia IV toilet and bidet seat along with two bathroom electrical outlets from HPPH and had it installed by them. We are very happy with the results. The gentleman, Mike Lee, who did the estimate was obliging to our every request and gave us a very competitive quote. He secured the services of Ricardo from Studderts Electrical who did a great job in making a new line back to our electrical panel and worked so neatly that nothing needed repainting. We experienced a breakdown of our AC unit. After being disappointed by two other services we were directed to get Mike and his staff in to take a look. After assessing the unit we needed two new small parts replaced to get the blower motor working again. It was fixed the same day. We are so grateful we got another opinion rather than replace the unit after being told by another service provider that it had no Freon and needed replacement which they would be happy to do for over $7300.00!!! Honest service!!!!
