The service here is terrible. They never answer their phone. I don’t know why my doctor sent me to this place. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for a few months now and they still haven’t answered their phone. I will tell my doctor to send me somewhere else.
I been going to see Dr Feliz for10 years now i love the ppl and the way the doctor is with u ..he is very polite and respectful..
After receiving care at pain management services 8years ago I'll need to return because back spasms are back.
Dr. Eddy Feliz is the best—look no further for your pain management needs. Which is why it pains me to leave such a negative review all because of the front desk staff he has there. Those women have ZERO customer service skills, no patience, no etiquette and it is such a shame. It does not match the quality of Dr. Feliz care and customer service. I truly hope something is done to improve that level of service because honestly it’s unacceptable.
