Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The receptionists treat people as if they are nothing, a robot could treat people better. There is no human training and no proper communication to explain things clearly. They lie to get what they want. They said they don’t offer telehealth when in fact they do. They said my doctor doesn’t see first-time patients, when in fact he does. Basically, they only care about money and business. They don’t care about HUMANS. Worst experience of my life. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Love the staff and my doctor is fantastic.I get first class treatment for some nasty wounds and skin cancer removal,which is often.

Not too bad at all. The front staffs are so nice but I have been diagnosed with one doctor there today and I am very unimpressed and uncomfortable because he doesn't know anything what happened to me which is ok. No one needs to know anything I understand. The way he's trying to explain is not explanation at all. He was just repeating the way I told him and he just said yeah yeah. Have had multiple bad interactions at this clinic over the last 2 years. Some of the GPs are exceptional. However some are heavily opinionated and won't listen to your overall concern. Dr McCabe left a potential diagnoses off a referral, calling it a 'buzz diagnoses'. Not to my knowledge until attending the referred clinic. I now have to incurr the same cost of $450 dollars if I'm to receive clarification around the stated concerns to doctor McCabe. The best the practice could say was 'sorry'.
