Called the GP for an appointment, but the receptionist’s attitude threw me off.
Dr Wint has been such an incredibly caring and supportive GP. She always takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and genuinely goes out of her way to help. I've never had a doctor who made me feel so understood and looked after. Her kindness and dedication really stand out, and I'm genuinely grateful for the care she provides. - fm a current patient
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The receptionists treat people as if they are nothing, a robot could treat people better. There is no human training and no proper communication to explain things clearly. They lie to get what they want. They said they don’t offer telehealth when in fact they do. They said my doctor doesn’t see first-time patients, when in fact he does. Basically, they only care about money and business. They don’t care about HUMANS. Worst experience of my life. I absolutely do not recommend it.
