I lived there for 25 years. The last 10 years the manager was writing me up for stupid things like a pop can in my driveway or weeding my yard in the winter. After 25 years she evicted me for as she put it having 20-30 cats which I never had. I was a wonderful place to raise my kids til Linda Harvey took over. Under her I would stay clear if the place she will write you up for anything if she doesn't like you. I ended up having to hire her husband to do yard work because it wasn't good enough for her. Me and my husband came here to Hyde Park around 6 or 7 years ago and we love it! Linda Hyde Park manager cares about our community and the people who live here. It’s always clean, grass is always cut, no clutter and quiet! Other then the noise of children playing, family's taking walks, riding bikes, playing catch, walking there dogs you know…. We have lived here for over ten years and have appreciated the friendliness and kindness of Linda. She is always welcoming and willing to listen and help with any concerns that may come up. We are very appreciative of the care put in to keep the park well groomed. The maintenance people have also been very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
I bought a home at Hyde Park about three months ago. I love the area, it’s peaceful, nice neighborhood, well maintained. Pet friendly as I own a dog. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a small home to settle in.
