We had such a great experience at Scott Reising Jewelers! They constructed a gorgeous engagement ring. Then we gave them a challenging task to use my grandmother‘s diamonds to create a wedding band that wrapped perfectly around my engagement ring, and they did just that. *update* My ex fiance and I are no more. I called to see if I could sell back the rings she no longer wanted that were undamaged and regularly cleaned. Expecting to sell back at a extreme discount. I was told by Pam they won't buy them back and that they're worth scrap price. What a joke. My fiancé and I had a great time picking out wedding bands at Scott Reising Jewelers. We received customer service and a level of attention from Pamela and her brother Scott that was much better than we found at some other local shops that we visited. They had a large stock of bands (and lots of other jewelry) available for us both to try on. Doesn't repair watches and wanted to charge $200 just to tell me what stone my ring had (no appraisal), which another jeweler did for free.
