Originally I spoke with Polly and she was great and set me at ease with the idea of having someone provide home care. I called for a friend who needed help after surgery, after speaking with Polly I recommend Hyde Park to her and had her call for details. It took several attempts to even get a response back so I had to call again and spoke with a man who said he was filling in for Polly while she was out. Still no response after several days. I needed help with a coworkers 90 year old husband with Alzheimer's. My friend, the patient's wife, had been working with another company and was dissatisfied with their care of her husband.
