I do not recommend this place. The management is constantly changing and they never fix anything. The light inside the pool has been hanging by a cord for months since even Joel was here. The new manager Ashely is a cold hearted person who has zero compassion for people. I definitely miss Brenda! She was the best. The energy of this entire complex has changed. Do not move here, much better and nicer managed places elsewhere.
The attention of Shay is 5 stars, he was very kind and patient. He is excellent at his job.
I’ve lived at this property long enough to see how management changes impact the community, and unfortunately my experience with the current property manager, Amanda, has been very negative. She does not operate in a transparent or ethical way, often withholding information, treating residents unfairly, and prioritizing her own interests over the well being of the community. *update a month later. Still no help on mold and roaches First, there’s a persistent cockroach infestation. Despite my wife and I keeping our home meticulously clean, the issue remains. It took three months just to get the unit sprayed, and even then, the treatment was ineffective. The maintenance crew has been excellent throughout, but the property management’s lack of urgency and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating.
