The best part about living here for me is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. Junior specifically is a treasure, always on time, goes above and beyond to get these requests taken care of. Such a great person to have on the team. If you see Junior, give him a shout out!
First, there’s a persistent cockroach infestation. Despite my wife and I keeping our home meticulously clean, the issue remains. It took three months just to get the unit sprayed, and even then, the treatment was ineffective. The maintenance crew has been excellent throughout, but the property management’s lack of urgency and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I have been struggling with getting my lease renewed and my roommates switching for months. Today I walked in to a whole new team and I was so pleasantly surprised. Laura was so sweet and helpful getting my portal fixed and Amanda was fantastic fixing all my lease issues. They are my heroes and I cannot say enough nice things about them. The location with the lake and the hammocks are amazing and I love this complex so it is wonderful having this new team in that actually cares. Thank you again!
