parking rules aren’t consistent they allow some to park wherever they want up to 3 days in 10 minute mail spot. They will put a sticker on your car for parking in a unmarked(no sign) spot in front near office. They start mowing and running bush trimmers at 7am even though curfew is 10pm to 8am and make up excuses that they can’t control sub contractors. RecommendedI've had a great experience with the management in Logan. in the bast two years they have answered all my maintenance request and emails in a timely and orderly fashion. They have been welcoming and always willing to help.
Management at Thornberry is ridiculous! For about two years the office had a higher turnover rate than the call center I was working at at the time! The office personnel has finally been fairly consistent for the first time in three or four years (I've been here six years in September), but they never seem to know what's going on. One example (there's a few), I canceled the insurance through the property because I got it through another company. Most apartments have been updated the last few years. Landlord on site and easily available by phone. Locally owned.
