Don’t waste your time or money here.. your rent changes monthly, these people are money hungry and portray the complex as such a luxury when you’re paying for a unit that’s destined to fall apart. Heat doesn’t work throughout the unit, everything is made with a cheap patchy material. Maintenance does what they can but shame on the owners themselves. Do not more here !!!!
DO NOT MOVE INTO M10! for years living there, the heat does not work properly due the boiler being in the adjacent building and this apartment being the furthest from the boiler. the entire apartment especially the bedroom is iced cold. the thermostat DOES NOT control the heat in the actual apartment. MULTIPLE WORK ORDERS had to be entered over the years just for a bandaid to be applied for a few weeks or so with the heat still not working. we had multiple weekends without heat due to maintenance stating only one maintenance... read more
