I am extremely pleased with the experience my mom had moving in to Hyde Park. The leasing agent Millie was extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend going through her for your rental needs!
I don't usually give reviews after doing a tour, but Millie is a ray of sunshine! I did so much research before coming here, and they all said she was amazing. Even if I don't get into the community, everyone who does live and will live there will be very lucky to have her as a property manager. Thanks for the great tour!

Apartments are cheap. Maintenance does nothing preventative and barely knows how to fix things when there is an issue. On move out, the office charged us $450 stating it was to fix the damaged tub. Well, the chips in the tub were there WHEN WE MOVED IN. All they do is paint over the tub chips. Maintenance was supposed to replace our tub long before we moved out and they never did.
