RecommendedDr. Ogg is wonderful with my girls, Sammi and Dharma. Everyone willing to be kind and helpful when I am there, whether routine or emergent reasons.
At first the experience was good but lately it's been horrible. The front desk staff is inefficient, I've had my dog boarded there multiple times and each time requested a bath on her last day, for some reason that didn't happen this last visit, and the nickle and time customers.
The staff is awesome, the clinic is pretty, and Fiona loves it here!
The vets at HPAC have been giving extraordinary care to all my pets for, hmm, 40 years I think. All of the doctors that have come and gone have been wonderful in various ways. I would like to give a huge shout of appreciation and thank you and gratitude to Dr. Williams who took care of my cat Pearl for so long and was so king and caring when it came time to let her go. Took our six month old cat for a routine shot and to get her nails trimmed recently and found the staff to be both knowledgeable and caring.
Love this place! Such a great neighborhood business, and always treat my cat with the best of care.
My daughter took her kitten there. But it died she cried.She had found it outside with lots of flees.They tried to save her but couldnt.She had no money they ran all way there in the Cold!!
