Living at Hyde Park Apartments was a terrible experience. The unit had constant water issues, poor quality, and overall unclean conditions. Management was unprofessional and dishonest, often making up stories instead of helping residents. The property manager Patricia Henderson in particular was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to live here — save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Already suing this company and cannot wait until my attorney takes care of em (:
Tha layouts are not the same as pictured, they are suppose to be townhomes but there’s apartments on top of each other and u can hear the LOUD neighbors walking & whole conversations on top of u! 1 bedroom is really small & multiple things wrong with them. Also they have a lot of bugs & the maintenance team mark things as completed but the work orders does not be complete. Office staff is also rude & sends emails to you everyday and also leaves notices on your door all the time it’s just annoying.
I just had a water heater replaced. The team figured out where all the water was coming from and even kept things quiet because I work from home. I recently had a back injury so I can go up the steps. I appreciate these 2 guys so much. They did not stop until it was done..Everthing is working fine now..thanks guys
Hyde Park gets a 10 everytime for the quick response to all of my service request. Thank you to the office staff for doing an amazing job. Patricia gets a 10 everytime.
