I want to thank the team at Hyde Park for the outstanding service they provided when my A/C stopped working. Even at 8:00 p.m., they responded and made sure someone came out to address the issue. Then, as soon as the office opened at 8:00 a.m. the next morning, they followed up to make sure the repair was completed as quickly as possible. Spent $100 for me and my roommate to apply for an apartment there. We weren’t informed that you have to have 12 months of rental history to even be approved, regardless of credit and of being able to make 3x the rent. THEN said we need a guarantor that makes 98k a year to co-sign for us. Absolutely insane. If we knew someone with that much money we wouldn’t be trying to live in a mediocre townhouse.
