Unfortunately, my business was needed for an unexpected tragedy and I first came in contact with the property manager, Patricia. She was so great from the moment I talked to her. She stayed in contact with her management and myself, keeping me updated. I normally don't get that from property managers. She was very helpful, professional, polite. Apartment employees are fine .. nice apartments … it’s quiet as long as no one lives above you….pool is nice parking is extremely skin tight with not much room to even open car door..the problem is a few of the tenants try to act like they are the apartment police… they pretend like they have real authority. These women video you while you are outside … doing absolutely nothing wrong then they share the videos amongst each other .. it’s a little strange.

My family and I have lived at Hyde Park for about 10 years, and it’s been a good experience for all of us. The office staff, especially Patricia, as well as Lorraine have always been professional, consistent, and helpful when they can be. During a very difficult time for our family, they went above and beyond to support us, and that meant more than I can put into words. Worst place to live, especially if your in a 1 bedroom or live next to loud neighbors, there’s a lady who drives a beat up white mini van who never leaves their house, from 6am-8pm you have to hear her and her kids stomp everywhere, conversation, and constant crying, and you can hear the crying and talking as if you were right next to them, so just imagine the stomping when your sleep at 6am and her child starts crying, EVERYDAY. you would think the children are paying the rent, i’ve made multiple complaints and best option ... read more
