Spent $100 for me and my roommate to apply for an apartment there. We weren’t informed that you have to have 12 months of rental history to even be approved, regardless of credit and of being able to make 3x the rent. THEN said we need a guarantor that makes 98k a year to co-sign for us. Absolutely insane. If we knew someone with that much money we wouldn’t be trying to live in a mediocre townhouse. Unfortunately, my business was needed for an unexpected tragedy and I first came in contact with the property manager, Patricia. She was so great from the moment I talked to her. She stayed in contact with her management and myself, keeping me updated. I normally don't get that from property managers. She was very helpful, professional, polite. Apartment employees are fine .. nice apartments … it’s quiet as long as no one lives above you….pool is nice parking is extremely skin tight with not much room to even open car door..the problem is a few of the tenants try to act like they are the apartment police… they pretend like they have real authority. These women video you while you are outside … doing absolutely nothing wrong then they share the videos amongst each other .. it’s a little strange.

My family and I have lived at Hyde Park for about 10 years, and it’s been a good experience for all of us. The office staff, especially Patricia, as well as Lorraine have always been professional, consistent, and helpful when they can be. During a very difficult time for our family, they went above and beyond to support us, and that meant more than I can put into words.
