I worked with Hyde Park leasing office, specifically Patricia, when i needed somewhere to go quickly and she was amazing at helping me through the application process and getting everything approved quickly and being able to help me get in quickly. They also were great about getting back to any questions quickly and making sure everything was explained in detail. Hyde Park is a nice place to live and based on my experience maintenance requests are mostly handled in a timely manner. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issues especially the property manager Patricia. She is amazing and treat you like family. She is very professional, kind and communicates effectively. Patricia always goes above and beyond to make sure all concerns are taken care of and provides resolutions to your problems promptly.
