One of the delivery drivers came to my home a few weeks ago to deliver fuel,I believe his name was George. He was so attentive and well mannered he help me understand my tank as he was filling it.(My First time with propane).Hyde must be honored to have such a exponential well manner employe he is one of the best delivery drivers they have had in awhile from what my family has also said his work ethics and liability to are community is amazing. Due to this young man we will be considering hyde to more people!!
Don’t quite understand the negative reviews but this company has been great to me. Wonderful 24 hour service with great techs and great people in the front office. Service manager is an awesome guy that listens to your requests and concerns. Very happy.
Have used Hyde Fuel for years at several of our buildings in Lake Placid. Never had a problem. They always answer the phone and take care of you. Recently, had heat and hot water out at a 10 unit residential bldg at 10pm at night. Called and within an hour had emergency service tech Grant there to fix issue. Now THAT is 5 star customer service! Thank you.
This is the worst company in the area!!
The worst customer service!!! I made an appointment for regular maintenance 3 weeks in advance. They never showed up for our scheduled appointment so I called to see if someone was still coming that day. I was told yes, so I stayed home and waited more. No one ever showed up! On top of that, they just decided to show up the next day with no confirmation. What a mess!
