The worst customer service!!! I made an appointment for regular maintenance 3 weeks in advance. They never showed up for our scheduled appointment so I called to see if someone was still coming that day. I was told yes, so I stayed home and waited more. No one ever showed up! On top of that, they just decided to show up the next day with no confirmation. What a mess! Hyde fuels went above and beyond with helping us. Made sure we had everything we needed and more. They insured our success and made sure we got there, we could not of done it without them. HORRIBLE customer service. Nasty phone etiquette. Currently looking to switch from this monopoly.
Why is it so hard for their employees to be able to listen about what percentages the tank is at while your standing in front of it reading the gauge and that their K factor might be off because there's more activity That's requiring the Propane usage. But hey I am sure its cheap to send out after our service When you let your automatic customers right out.
