They keep the lowest standard of services here compared to other community facilities IMO, or at least one female staff working at the front desk was, very rude. Explained my bad experience in every details to a nice lady who was the supervisor, she tried to understand me which was good but then I was told “she was doing her job ”, which is not convincing and comforting, at all!
