We booked 2 rooms in this hotel, and receptionist told us that there is extra charge for housekeeping the rooms and security deposit unbelievable high for this place (150$ per day) we stayed for 8 nights. Also she said for 2 rooms and 6 people, hotel provides only 2 chairs on the beach, which is extremely low for such a group of people. Glad that restaurants are good but service needs improvement. Beach area dirty, beach staff impolite, do not want to do their job
Thought this was oceanfront, it's not; it's on the Intracoastal and need to cross a BUSY intersection to walk to the beach...never again sorry
My experience with OWNPM, managed by Angel, was excellent. From the very beginning, Angel was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. He offered several beautiful oceanfront options, gave me great recommendations on places to visit, and was always available through the Airbnb app whenever I needed something. The apartment was amazing, and the service was even better. I truly appreciate his dedication and kindness. Without a doubt, I’ll contact them again for my next vacation in Miami. 🌴☀️
Nice hotel. Expensive, but nice hotel. Beautiful views, pool is on the 9th floor. Pool could be bigger, but still gets the job done.
Best stay EVERRR in the entire state of Florida. Let me tell you - the smell when you just walk in is really what sells the place. That’s why I’m back 2 years in a row now 🤭 two units I stayed in which was a year in between , the units were super clean, no smell , and everything was in almost perfect condition !!! I will be back !! There is a restaurant and a pool in the 9th ! The personal that serves you with towels both by the pool and beach is super nice!
