I am extremely disappointed with my stay here. I ordered essential items for my newborn baby from Amazon. I was at home the entire time, and as soon as the Amazon truck arrived, I immediately went downstairs to pick up my packages. Yet I was still charged a package handling/storage fee. This is completely unreasonable. My packages were not stored at all — I collected them right away. Charging guests for this is simply unfair. Отвратительное здание в котором все время чего то ждёшь.... лифта, валетов, полотенец... шезлонги на пляже убитые совершенно. Лифты это отдельное приключение то замтрянешь то ждёшь по 40 минут, то они на столько забиты что невозможно даже войти. Валет просто мега долгий и это за 42$/сутки. Уборка отвратительнее я даже не припомню....

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel, and receptionist told us that there is extra charge for housekeeping the rooms and security deposit unbelievable high for this place (150$ per day) we stayed for 8 nights. Also she said for 2 rooms and 6 people, hotel provides only 2 chairs on the beach, which is extremely low for such a group of people. Glad that restaurants are good but service needs improvement. Beach area dirty, beach staff impolite, do not want to do their job
