It's stressful to give away large chunks of cash, but necessary from time to time — and, somehow, transactions like that are almost always complicated by a million-and-one little details that seem determined to slip through the cracks. Dominic, Mike, and Angelica are REALLY good at keeping them from slipping through. They also walked us through a somewhat complex transaction, and advocated for us (very strongly) when everything seemed to be going to the dogs. For my money, the best realtors in Western Montana.
I have worked with multiple realtors selling homes. I have never had a realtor work more for the other side (and admit to doing that multiple times) as Mike did. All he seemed to care about is closing as quickly as possible, their sales numbers, and collecting a commission check. To the detriment of my money in giving ridiculous concessions in an extremely hot market. (20k in the Bitterroot valley, completely unnecessary in that market). I highly do NOT recommend him.
