The neighbors are great but the celeberty themselves are horrible. Door handle for bathroom fell off the first week. Now after a year 5 door handles have fell off. The yard is horrible. There is a giant hole under patio and 5 14 inch holes from settling and they denied the claim even though it was within first year. Whoever manages s lazy and does not want to get things done. They are so worried about putting houses up quickly they don’t care about quality. Your better off finding a different developer.
Live in the neighborhood and it’s great. No issues; neighbors are great. The neighborhood had 3 Facebook pages.
