I love my job here but why so many kids working here? A degree with no experience I keep hearing? Please discontinue hiring people with no experience. I have seen close to 100 people get layed off/leave during the past 3 years. You guys need to hire people with 10-20+ years of experience. Not kids running around pretending to work.
