Betty is very helpful and kind. She guided me through the application and leasing process and made sure everything was up to code. Maintenance has been timely and efficient. The neighborhood is friendly, clean and diverse. My kids are happy here and in a great school district. I appreciate the opportunity to rent from them!
The Hyceit/Dawn Management company has treated me well throughout the years. As a resident at different locations, the staff are friendly, communicative and respectful. They’ve been nothing but helpful and understanding through the years I’ve lived with them. They’re more than property managers, they are neighbors and friends. I know that if I find myself looking to rent an apartment again, they will be the ones I turn to first. I wish all in the company the best.

Williamsburg Apartments in Lebanon is a very quiet community! Hyceit keeps the grounds very well maintained. We are very comfortable in our updated 2 BR apartment. 5 STARS!
