My son started with Coach Caleb over 5 years ago after undergoing a sports injury and he’s been with him ever since! I attend the A.M. Ladies Adult group class. Caleb has helped with my mobility as well as improving my strength even more! My daughter also works out in the HS athlete group and there is no other place like Hybrid! I have been training at Hybrid for about a year and a 1/2 with Caleb and I had never had anything but a positive experience! He not only puts me through international, strength building workouts but is always available for any questions regarding health or fitness. I would highly recommend this gym, plus you get a small gym family and never have to fight randoms for equipment! I love it!!
