I have now been in Mandy's class for 11 months and it has been life changing. I came in unable to step up a standard step, fully bend or straighten my right leg, and an assortment of other issues to my lower right side. Mandy made adjustments for me and built in the steps I needed to safely manage and rehabilitate my problems and fix my imbalances. I LOVE Mandy! She helped me get through my very first powerlifting competition when I decided to enter last minute! She responds to messages and questions quickly and always will update my programs on time! My PR’s have been continuously increasing! She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend! She truly wants you to achieve great things and succeed. She also sells supplements- super great to support local! ;)

I’ve been training with Mandy for years. Now my 10 year old twins train with her, and she is absolutely amazing with kids. There are no other gyms like this in Alberta that I have come across. All the equipment she uses is better than any other facility has to offer. She is experienced, kind, accommodating, and one of the most understanding people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYBRID STRENGTH AND POWER.
