I, too, hired Hybrid Landscaping for grass cutting. They were recommended by someone from Next Door. I, too was quoted $38/cut as their minimum charge. The invoice I received was dated June 20, 2019 with additional service dates beyond the invoice date and a postmark date on the envelope of July 17, 2019. Agreed that all he wants to do is argue with people. He threatened putting a contractor's lien on my property when he has nothing in writing for documented proof. Buyer beware! Hired Hybrid for lawn service to replace Naturescape for lawn service in May 2017. Wanted someone that could do additional landscape services beyond grass. Was quoted $38/service for cutting, trim and cleanup. We also had sent Todd info for scope of additional landscape work we wanted done back on June 10, 2017. After 1-2 times, the trimming and clean up part of agreement stopped being performed. Also had to call a few times to see if grass was going to be cut because it was getting too long between visits.
