When we started dealing with Hybrid Air a few years ago they seemed like a good company. They were pretty responsive when we had issues, performed our scheduled maintenance on time and honored their extended warranty. Fast forward to 2022, when we have not one but four of their units installed, and NONE of this is true. I purchased a system, I have spent over ***** out of pocket plus I purchased the warranty which was useless they don't call back for issues,I have been contacting them for about a month My air conditioner is still not working I am a highly ****** customer they don't deserve 1 Star!!!

Matthew Our install Manager went out to Quintony ******* and completed a full system diagnostic in response to issues with the system. Matthew made adjustments to the system, Matt went out again Monday May 2nd and verified system was still operating according to manufacture specs, received confirmation that the system from Mr, ****** that the system had worked with no issues over the weekend.
I would give zero stars. I spent more that *** last year on a hydronic heating system. The **** had a 15 year warranty, and two years on all other parts and labor. I don't have heat and haven't this winter. I've called multiple times and what I get is the same ****** estimate to replace a part they installed and ( isn't the problem ) but regardless it's under warranty. In my opinion, Hybrid Air is a company that lacks integrity. I base my opinion my dealings with them over the years. I purchased an HVAC unit (heat and cooling) from Hybrid, in 2016. I chose Hybrid because they offered Trane equipment with ten (10) years parts and labor (I paid a premium for this). I pay annually and receive a pre-season equipment check. They would always recommend mastic seal and Full system surge protection. I declined, thinking that everything was new and if I needed these upgrades, they should have been ... read more
