Hybrid 911 gave me the best customer service , and the hospitality. They fed me tacos even after they were closed for the day. The service provided was so fast and smooth even when my car was down right before the new year. My hybrid battery was replaced within 2 days . This is the best place for hybrid battery repair and replace. Much cheaper than the dealership and the warranty is longer too. They did a great job! Will recommend to everyone I know with hybrid cars
Yesterday my 2012 prius V battery show signs dying, so today I called Hybrid 911 Prius in Garden Grove for help. On the same day they came to my house for replacing a brand-new OEM hybrid battery for fraction of the other dealer cost. The mobile service at my home only cost 100 dollars, not even a dinner meal for two people. The service was excellent.
