Val was friendly but above all quick with responding when we initially contacted for my prius's engine knocking issue. My family and I got our engine replaced within 2 days of bringing our car in and was offered another Prius as a loaner for the time being as well,!
Valentine was awesome and totally accommodating. I have a Gen 2 prius and he did the ABS using genuine toyota parts (best price around), front brakes and rotors, spark plugs, and coolant flush. He was quick, efficient, and good communication. He even had a loaner Prius while mine was being worked on. My engine bay looks better than it ever has (see pic). Hopefully I get another 20 years out of this old prius after the great work by Hybrid 911!
Mr V diagnose my car in a 4-minute phone call. I bring it the next morning and they fixed my car parts and labor for a reasonable price, 😁
