Years later I found out that the chicle I was sold never got reported as sold to me and caused me to lose both time and money fixing their mistake. Upon purchasing my vehicle they told me they would send the paperwork to the MVA and today I found out that this never truly happened almost causing my vehicle to get towed along with all my tools to preform my job. Not happy at all. I have to personally take in the sales receipt to clear up a big mess.
Horrible. Went in for safety inspection on old $4K car and they failed me for things that they aren't to inspect. But they could fix it for only $1300. Guy claimed there was a tear in ball joint boot, then couldn't show me tear. Insisted it was inside because that's how oil gets shows up. I talked to state trooper. He says they tell them if grease is showing to fail. But all he had to do was wipe it off. NOT try to charge me 118 bucks, plus 100 labor to replace ball joint, just 5 bucks for the boot. This place is the ultimate scam central - I bought a car from here and did not receive title of car for 6 months. I was given the run around and was found that there was odometer fraud involved. I spoke to agent about issue and was just neglected. DO NOT EVEN DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE. THESE GUYS ARE TRAINED SCAMMERS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND ONCE THEY TAKE IT THEY WON'T EVEN LOOK BACK. HORRIBLE PLACE STEER AWAY
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I bought a car 2 years ago, paid cash for it, and have yet to receive the title. I was given the run around when I made several attempts to get the title. The car was stolen from me a year after I purchased it, recovered a year later. I was unable to retrieve the car because I still did not have the title. I have suffered a great loss for a car that I technically never owned. This car dealership cannot be trusted
Been trying to call them about fixing a car that was bought and I have and my partner have been getting the run around. Called so many times and no answer , left messages plenty of messages and nothing. Stressing is not even the word
