She gave me bangs when I specifically said I did not want bangs. The bangs are disproportionately short; mullet short. They were so short that they still do not reach my eyes after 3 months. One side of my hear is angular and layered, the other is not. It's the biggest disaster of a haircut I've ever had.
Been getting my hair cut there for almost 20 years. Great location, hours, and style. Handled Covid with aplomb. Not expensive and doesn't take weeks to get an appointment.
Haircut. This was the worst haircut I have seen. The woman did not follow directions, started by cutting chunks of hair from the middle, in trying to repair the damage the haircut was exceptionally shorter than requested, zagged edges all over. Devastating! This cannot be repaired for months. Beware. Inexperienced, no skill, dismissive. Never again.
My first experience with hyatt was so good. Thank you for making my hair look nice and beautiful. Hope to see you again. Thank you so much.
