You charged me for taking those crappy little water bottles in the room? $1500 for TWO nights in a one bedroom and you charge me for those water bottles that were empty that I thought were free? Why didn’t you have prices on them then? Didn’t have enough card dealers to even have Texas hold em poker table going most night downstairs. The room was nice and everything but wow REALLY PRICEY ALL AROUND.
I feel completely misled by the Hyatt Vacation Club sales process. I was under the clear impression that I was booking an actual reservation since I had to select specific dates during the purchase process. At no point was it made clear that I was not actually booking those dates, but rather purchasing the right to book later (based on availability, which turned out to be nonexistent).
