After being delayed all day from travel, we were greeted with an easy check in experience, a shoddy AC, a dirty bathroom floor, water pressure that's either off or on and scolding, and a long black hair in the middle of our sheets. I hope you like noise because the hotel has been under construction for a while, was supposed to be done in April and they start promptly at 8am. One of the best hotel experiences that I’ve had in New York! I cannot say enough kind things about the female front desk employee we met last night- I can’t remember her name, but I want to say it was Elise or Annabel or something along those lines. She was so incredibly kind when she heard it was my boyfriend’s first time in New York & upgraded our room for free to a corner view. She also threw in 2 drink tickets to kick off our trip!! What a gem. Loved this place and how clean + comfortable it was!
For the price, I expected better attention to the condition of the facilities. Unfortunately, some areas felt neglected and not properly cared for. Taking better care of these basics is important to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Buyer Beware
