Hotel ubicado muy cerca de la estación de bomberos, el ruido no para por la noche, habitaciones con falta de mantenimiento y algunas sin ser obra. Atención al cliente irregular, me asignaron la primera noche una habitación con problemas de aire acondicionado….no se podía apagar ni quitar el ruido. Muy buen restaurante y bar.
Stayed here on points and it’s definitely not a category 6 hotel. The lobby looks amazing after the renovation, the staff are friendly, and the location is great, but that’s about all the positive things that I can list. My biggest gripe is that the lock to our bathroom door was broken. The bathrooms have a sliding door, but they don’t say closed without a lock. Booked on points. As others have mentioned it’s not Cat 6. In the app, there is a notice of construction and drop off on 13th St. But door is locked on 13th which I mentioned to the front desk. They said they know but can’t change? At checkout, I asked for my bday cake to be stored in the fridge which I was told was no problem. I came back a few hours later and it was all melted. They hadn’t stored in fridge at all. Rooms are definitely on older side. No renovations when I was there. Overall just not worth it.
