Location is great but that's about all it has going for it. Hallways look run down and dirty. Rooms are pretty small. This hotel is far more expensive than other Hyatts in the area that are comparable or better. Staff is young and a little clueless. Hotel is also under construction. Will not be returning. There are many better options
Front desk staff were amazing. Went above and beyond to help us out, especially with a 1-year old. Will definitely be back.
Great location close to Union Square. Rooms are tiny, albeit modern ( more like 180sf). There was no functional heat in the room. Additional duvet provided did not have any covers. No need to look at the hotel for now ( April 25) as it is wrapped into ugly scaffolding with an interim solution side entrance for access only. Lobby and bar not available due to major construction. Let me add: ROOFTOP UNAVAILABLE AS WELL. No idea why. Came back to weed smell in our room coming through the bathroom fan. Not acceptable. What a bumm... read more
