Booked on points because it seemed like a great redemption value and location. Staff were very nice and allowed early check in. They were accommodating despite the renovations in the lobby. Worst part about hotel were the rooms - felt old, dirty and bathroom had a dusty/old smell that wouldn’t go away. Walls in the bathroom also had mold towards the ceiling. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Jeffrey at Hyatt Union Square. He is incredibly caring and genuinely helpful. He kindly assisted us with carrying our heavy luggage, making the whole process much easier and stress-free. Beyond his helpfulness, Jeffrey brings such positive energy and good vibes that really make you feel welcome. His attitude and service truly stood out and made our stay even better.
