The price was right, breakfast was fine. The hotel served it's purpose as a place to get some rest while on the road. Personally I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here or stay for more than one night.
Very nice and hospitable staff so no issues there. Hotel looks so nicer than other Hyatt Place hotels. But the infrastructure is not up to the mark. The heater was not working in the room even after setting it to 75F, and I need to run the fan all the time to get some warmness at night. I came very late after work so didn't bother the staff on this issue being very tired and don't think this could be fixed as it need a thermostat replacement. Initially, I had some concerns regarding a communication lapse, but the management team truly went above and beyond to make things right. The General Manager, Nicholas, was professional and ensured that my items were returned and the situation was resolved perfectly. It is rare to see a hotel take accountability so seriously. My confidence in this Hyatt has been fully restored!
Always friendly staff and clean rooms
Former Hyatt Place converted to the new "Hyatt Select" brand. Upon entry, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. rooms were mildly renovated. Looks like new carpet and furniture in the rooms and the lobby looks fresh and new. Now, for the rooms. Same old junky air conditioner and heat units in the rooms. They took out the bathtubs and made it a platform shower which looks weird because the faucet is very low to the new floor.
