We were upgraded to a suite on the highest floor. Room was amazing but the windows are not sound proof! You can hear all the traffic in a typical major downtown city. And at 8 am the church bell rings at every hour. So don’t plan on sleeping in. However the staff - specifically the ones in the Globalist lounge were extremely friendly and really went out of their way to provide the best customer service I’ve see in a lounge.
