What a great hotel!!! I have been on a week and a half road trip and thought I'd be seeing people here in Valencia. Unfortunately I didn't get to...however...the staff and comfort of this hotel was a break I didn't know I needed...not mad about it! 5 star room service (minus the banana cake, there was no cake it was all whipped cream with a shell and a side of bananas) 5 star staff and dog friendly. Will absolutely stay here again...also it was apparently fancy car race night!

I’ve stayed here multiple times I love it. However, I called this past weekend as I had an emergency and needed a place to stay after a delayed flight. I called and asked if they had any available rooms as it was very late that night and the response was “ rooms are $247 a night”. Very weird response as I never asked for a price. Very disappointed with the service over the phone.

Great hotel, clean, safe, secure! The staff was absolutely wonderful! Craig at the front of the house was a true gentleman! He was patient helpful and kind above & beyond! Christina at the front desk an absolute professional helpful, kind and courteous. Cody was also great! There is an on site restaurant which was great for dinner & breakfast! Close to many other restaurants & destinations like Magic Mountain etc! Highly recommended!
