This was a horrible experience. I called ahead of my reservation requesting a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower for my mother. When I arrived, there was no valet and the loading zone was full of parked cars and difficult to maneuver. The bell man said I had to pull all the way forward, to the exit of the round about in order to drop off my handicap mom.
