Don’t waste your time booking a SpotHero reservation here. Lot was apparently “full” when I arrived for my reservation, and they said that they couldn’t fulfill my reservation, even though I booked it same day. Not SpotHero’s fault, it is the hotel lot’s fault. Never had that happen. When I asked what to do about it, the valet attendant said take it up with SpotHero (who promptly gave a refund). The Hyatt Regency wins the award for the least helpful staff ever in the valet drop off!
Mi estancia fue a finales de Julio 2025. Muy buen hotel, ubicación muy buena, tienes muchas zonas turísticas cercanas incluso a pie. El personal sumamente amable y atento. El hotel cuenta con restaurante y ofrece desayuno buffet además de bar, cuenta también con tienda de comida y cafetería.
