Hotel has been fully remodeled and is absolutely gorgeous. We had a large room with a gigantic balcony. Lots of great things to do with the kids - many kid friendly pools, waterslide, rock climbing wall, daily kid activities sponsored by the hotel, etc. The only thing that wasn’t great is the food. We tried all the restaurants and the food was such a disappointment. We decided to only eat off property after the second day. Great spot for a family vacation, had many kids events every day and was open and beautiful. Breakfast was great!

Not the experience you would expect. Hyatt Globalist - seek another property as this one fails to deliver. Upon arrival - no room upgrade (claiming hotel was overbooked) - suites and preferred rooms still available on website. 2nd day - upgraded our room, room was not cleaned well. Previous guests make up was all over the walls. Wallpaper/Paint was falling apart. Spa - access only allowed same day as your service, however our services were at 4:00pm and they close at 6:00.
