No closet in room No microwave No iron or ironing board Had to call to get one from downstairs. Had to call daily to get room clean. To get to the second floor its very difficult avoid a room on that floor
I wasn't going to write a review but I wasn't satisfied with my stay. There was random charges on my account that wiped my account and I have travel back with no money. It seem like the manager didn't want to help me or compensate me. I had to ask for compensation. Also was a pipe burst and I know emergencies can happen but it was not handled well. They had everyone waiting outside at midnight. With no instructions we could go back to our rooms.
