July 2026 update: this will be my last stay with this hotel after coming here every year for 6+ years. Over time the rooms got dirtier and dirtier and I simply can't stand it anymore. During my recent stay there was a blood stain on one of the sheets. The desk when I wiped it down to eat at coated an entire hand town in mystery black soot. I had a disappointing experience with Hyatt regarding a package issue. I accidentally had a package delivered to the hotel address and contacted the hotel for assistance. Unfortunately, the front desk keep on saying she cannot hear me but she was able to than refused to help . I understand that hotels have policies regarding mail and packages, but the lack of support and willingness to assist was frustrating. The rooms are disgusting. First time in my 20 years traveling where I walked out and went elsewhere. Place needs a top to bottom overhaul. The staff are nice, it’s a shame they have to deal with this from ownership.

I just completed a 7 day stay here and had a phenomenal stay!! Rooms are relatively basic but they are clean with no cigarette smoke(which I cannot stand!!!). Good couch, comfortable bed, television with HDMI input for streaming and decent desk if you need to work/take video conferences. For this place to charge the amount that they do, the only reason is because of the location. The rooms are motel quality. Beaten up furniture, AC vents that look like they haven't been cleaned in at least 5 years, outdated decor, the windows look dated and cloudy, the rug on the floor both in the room we got and in the hallways are ripped up and aged, the bed is lumpy, the TV is small and outdated, the bathroom is SUPER TINY with no fan to air our the steam of the shower.
