Excellent location and comfortable rooms. The best feature is the staff. Austin at check in is wonderful -- warm, thoughtful, and attentive to guest needs. Orlando and George run a first-rate shuttle. Prompt, friendly, flexible. Very kind with my mobility issues. Bar and breakfast staff are friendly and efficient. Starbucks staff too. I'll definitely be back to this location.
I would not recommend this hotel. When I checked the bed, there was a large booger stuck to the bedsheet, which was really unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness of the room. I also had an issue with the front desk when I called to arrange a wake-up call. The operator spoke with a very strong accent and it was difficult to communicate, so I wasn’t confident that she understood the correct time. They make people waiting in line for hours with lame excuses room not ready and short of staff to host checking when it is the check-in time. Free WiFi at lobby is great.
Wifi is borderline unusable (~1.5mbps). There was nothing the staff could do. Will not stay here if I plan to [checks notes] use the internet.
