THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HYATT PROPERTY. A fire alarm went off while I was asleep with no advance notice. I evacuated barefoot and without my room key because I genuinely believed there was an emergency. On the fourth floor, there was no clear staff guidance, and I had to search for the stairwell myself. Rooms are clean and nice! But, my favorite part of my stay is JOSH who works at the bar in the lobby. He was amazing and made me feel very welcome. He helped me with questions I had about the menu and overall gave me good vibes. Highly recommend this hotel. Reservation staff were friendly also!

Attended a conference. Water stations rarely filled. Dinner outrageously priced and they didn't bother to put water or silverware on the tables. Construction in lobby...restaurant? No restaurant that I could find. Coffee shop closed early, so where to buy sandwich? No ice machines working. Had to go to 4th floor. No toilet paper in sleeping room. Meat left in refrigerator.
