I attended an event at the Hyatt to Celebrate 40 years of business. The event itself was very nice, fun and met new people. We also received a room for the night, free!!!!
Bed bugs are us alive 20 minutes into being there. They say they tested the room and it came back negative. We went to another hotel close by and had immediate relief. There were bites up and down me and my wife’s legs and arms. They are a disgusting establishment that will lie to you about the room getting tested. Run away don’t stay here, also I never got a refund. 600$ for bug bites…..
Stayed here last week for 1 night and was one of the best stays I've had. Staff was kind and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and everything including the elevators seems new. We got the 2 queens with city view and the view was spectacular. The room was a great size with everything clean. We opted for non-feather pillows and sheets which were a dream to sleep on. There is no shower door which seems kind of odd, but it works. The location is great because you're close to cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Only grip... read more
