Heart sank a little when I saw 3.9, but my experience wasn't terrible. The view from my room was great and it delivered on the core product, which is quality sleep and privacy. Here's the things I didn't experience: While there was one elevator marked out of service, I didn't experience any traffic going up or down with the remaining elevators. Everything went wrong for my B-Day weekend. No heat and it was 20° outside. Thermostat didnt work at all. Blinds were bent so the building across could see in the room. Phone didnt work. I called and I sent a email No response at all.

The cart squeaky wheel on the service cart does need to get fixed bc you can’t fix the thin walls in this hotel. But overall not a bad experience and definitely not a 3 star hotel as the staff and restaurant employees make up for it.

Took my girlfriend for there valentine's day package was a great deal,staff was very friendly
