The rooms were good, clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was also good. The locations is ok, a bit far from the water to walk and the golf course is good as well. The reason for 2 stars was the price. As stated, the resort we good but not great and for the price I would have expected exceptional for everything. If it was priced appropriately to the service, room, location and resort amenities, it would have received 4 or 5 stars for all.
Wifi is terrible. No late check oit even for globalist members is a turn off.
Excellent staff. Cruz at check in was welcoming and ready to help every time . He helped make my stay special. Thank you, Cruz!
