DO NOT BOOK! This has been a nightmare since my husband and I walked in. We booked here because we’ve loved our Hyatt stays at other locations. We got a room with a “view” which when coming to the room a huge tree was right in front of the window…then we noticed since our room is right next to the doors to the hallway that is shared between guests, was so loud you could hear it everytime it opened and closed. MY GF GOT BITTEN BY TICK/BEDBUG. TBF, not a great price for the services that we received. Plus, there was not enough communication between Front Desk about hidden fees such as parking and whether or not breakfast is included in room rate.
It was beautiful, I had a day use room , which allowed us to be there at 10am. But the room that I needed ground level and close to the pool wasn't gonna be ready until 4. 🙄 The hot tub is on point! Pool was also nice. Beautiful relaxing scenery
