Loved it
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed for 10 days and absolutely loved every day of it. The whole experience was wonderful and you can tell they put a lot of energy into making your stay worth while. You can’t beat Hyatt rewards and being a globalist is just the cherry on top. The staff was so accommodating to us. We loved the property with all the fire pits and fun things for the kids to do. They give out smore packages to families which is so fun and my kids loved it. Mona! She was the best caretaker I’ve seen in my many years of staying in hotels. I don’t generally use maid services as I like to make a low impact. But everyone I walked out of my room and saw Mona, she made sure I had everything I need. I had DoorDash deliver some food with no silverware. I ran into her outside my room and asked her. She ran and grabbed some and was back at my room I. 2 minutes. Always smiling and happy and wanting to make my trip the best it can be. She’s a gem.
Not worth the price!! Room not like the pictures Super old place and the smell of it Ants in the rooms No water (any water) in the room Empty mini bar Missing wine opener No cup glasses at all At least I have a Roof…….
