While the Star Trek convention was a fantastic and wonderful surprise(!!), the milky colour of the outdoor pool water and lack of bellman and laundry services was disappointing. If not for the price point and brand name these later two points could be easily overlooked, but the pool water really was .

This hotel needs a MAJOR Reno! We've been staying here 2-3 times a year for the past 13. We're Globalist Hyatt members. This trip the elevators have been non working our entire stay. Everything looks old, worn out and in need of a paint job. It's our last for quite awhile.

This property seems rundown and poorly maintained. Structural shifting of the building resulted in a small gap between the ceiling and wall in bedroom, effectively connecting the rooms. It was possible to hear everything in the other room, including the most quiet sounds. The air conditioning is broken in many rooms, so they have placed floor units with hoses taped into the window through which wind flows freely, whistling as it does. We stayed mid week and had the place to ourselves. Other than a mis-hit golf ball from the adjacent course almost hitting my wife in the head everything was top notch... From the room to the service in the restaurant.

Awful elevator situation. Made us late for the wedding. Seriously unacceptable for a Hyatt!! Fix this or lose more business.
