We stay at Hyatt properties almost exclusively whenever we travel, but this location was hands down the worst experience we have ever had. We found a cockroach in our room, which is completely unacceptable for the brand's standards. To make matters worse, when we reported it to the front desk, the staff member simply gave a dismissive "OK" and did absolutely nothing—even no apology, Disgraceful hygiene and shockingly poor customer service. Not up to Hyatt standards at all.

Disappointing Property, Though Staff Was Great Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. While we had absolutely no issues with the staff or service, the property itself feels very run-down, likely due to high turnover. The service here At this Hyatt Regency hotel was awful. Very awful. The building looks so old on the inside of the hotel rooms. They’re not up to par had spiders behind the bathroom door. The smell when you walk into the room smells like mildew water. It’s dark and gloomy. The air conditioner is on the fritz and needs to be repaired on top of the elevator service here sucks.
