Decided to stay here since it’s connected to the arena, which is awesome! Be prepared for a lengthly wait if checking in after a game! (46 min) then had to wait an additional 25 min for a confirmation that our room was safety checked. After receiving our keys we proceeded to our room and upon entering noticed luggage and food on the tv stand. Thankfully whoever’s room that our key opened was not in there. This could have been bad! I truly don’t know how this place hasn’t lost its Hyatt Regency branding. Dirty, worn down rooms. Splatters on the walls. Damaged dry wall. Broken gym equipment and a wall panel hanging over the treadmill. Embarrassing!
