Loved the pool slides, kids used it for hours. Only open weekends in the winter I believe. They don’t follow the height guidelines and let any kids on them that wanted to which was nice. Biggest complaint was the alarm clock in the room went off at 6:00am and there was no way to stop it. There’s supposed to be a button on top to turn a knob but it wasn’t there. Couldn’t even unplug it from the wall cuz it was installed behind the headboard. Saw another review had the same thing, so wondering if this happened a lot. Pretty up... read more

Love this Regency. Great pool. All staff encountered were friendly. Room were neat and clean.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean on arrival. We really appreciated the water stations on each floor. The gym was also great. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never serviced our room. When I mentioned this at checkout, I was first asked if I put a no disturb sign on the door, and the front desk clerk checked the computer for a long time. I said I didn’t. I was then told that housekeeping is every fourth night?
