Ordered champagne and strawberries for the wifey, and it showed up to someone else's door is what I was told. The guy at the front desk made it right did refund my account for the $100 dozen, and brought the champagne up while we were out, so I won't complain. My wife enjoyed the stay there which is what mattered most to me. We'll be back to try it again
Over priced parking and Lack of Basic Privacy: The bathroom door had no lock, which is unacceptable for any hotel room.
Love this hotel, Hugo also lover the view
I stayed here for 1 week as this place is near by downtown office. Room is relatively big and clean. Beware that they charged USD10 handling fee if you have your online shopping delivered here.
