This is the perfect resort for families — amenities are a blast! Great service. Highly recommend.

Stayed at the resort for the first time last week and it was weird. We made sure we had booked connecting rooms and verified with multiple booking agents. When we arrived, we were told the rooms were not connecting and it was what it was. After some work and conversation, they were able to move us and get connecting rooms. Don't book the 4th floor retreat! The food pantry is 2 jars at the entry for anyone to put their hands in and they contain nuts. They don't even think about people with nut allergies. They do not do turn down service that is literally promoted as a benefit! There is no private entrance to the 4th floor. It's just a hallway off the elevator. No benefits of going to the spa. Even the adults only pool they say is open until 10pm was closed before 9pm. For the amount paid for this upgrade, it was so disappointing and not what wa... read more

The large stone fireplace, dramatic chandelier and high ceiling give the common area a memorable lodge-inspired character. There also ... read more

The most notable was Ms. COURTNEY at Camp Hyatt who was just so perfect at her job. She remembers every single child that comes through those doors and all of the details about them. The crafts (paid) were my daughter's favorite part of the stay. Second favorite was the lazy river. Loved seeing the wildlife and canopy of trees as we floated for hours. The new lagoon left a bit to be des... read more
