Rafael was extremely rude and unprofessional. If his claim that he’s actual manager is true , then this hotel needs a serious intervention. He called my room and yelled at me for asking questions he had no good answers for. It’s the first time in my life a hotel personnel was so unprofessional and not articulate. Despite his poor interaction the room was clean and cleaning staff was nice . Great central location. All else needs improvement. At least when I was there. Nearby hotels have been better in my experience.
Stayed at both the Hyatt regency and homewood suites by Hilton for a week each. The home wood suites were substantially better by all measures. Hyatt had substantially worse service, worse breakfast all while costing far more. Rooms were a hassle to get serviced, had called on several occasions after a few days of no one coming around. A decent amount of the staff didn't speak English while we were there.
