I enjoyed my stay. – I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Greenville for 4 days in April 2006. I really liked the downtown location, and the hotel itself its very nice. The lobby area has high skylighted ceilings and there is a jungle with a small creek and waterfall flowing into it from outside, its very relaxing to sit down there. My room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and everything worked, so no genuine complaints there. Feeling is more like of a motel – Being a Gold Member of Hyatt and stayed in some of their other facilities, this place was a great let down...The rooms are very much SMALL, dark and suffocating...that too they were recently re-modelled!! I would fail to understand why have they done such a pathetic remodelling, the carpet, the bathrooms...YUCK. I just couldn't believe it was a HYATT.
