This review is to wax poetic about Katrina in hotel reception, and Katrina alone. Our little family arrived harried and hungry to the lobby, only to realize that we were in the completely wrong location. Katrina was a literal angel, helping us figure out where we were, arranging for assistance to get our MANY bags there, helping us arrange our valet situation, and more. Hotel rooms were very clean.Very delicious breakfast and friendly staff.I will definitely come back to stay there again on my next trip.

Check your bill! They charge for things you never used. I had a very disappointing experience at Hyatt Crystal City. They charged me $6.36 for "bottled water" that I never even touched. I was already aware of their policy that water is only free for members, so I went out of my way to buy my own water from outside. When I called to dispute this, the staff's attitude was even more appalling.
