I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice but both nights - there were no towels replenished or missing towels so check the number as soon as you check in. I don't think the housekeeping staff speak or read English based on my interactions. I left a $5 tip and asked for 3 sets total of towels but was left with only the towel we did not use. Also for the in room Hyatt commercial loop- let's agree to having no kissing since many of us don't want to explain 2 men kissing to our small children. I travel every week, stay at Hyatt’s almost every week. Have gotten up to Explorist status never have still never been upgraded to a nice room. I ask the front desk team how I can better get a nicer room when I’m trying hard for loyalty. They give me a huge speech about my new room, only to give me a room on a lower floor than my last 2 nights. I’m seriously sick of being treated like this from Hyatt and need a reason why I should ever refer ANYONE to your hotels.
