Room was great, bar was fantastic, location is spot on, right next to the bus stop to get you to the train when needed. Easy to use metro service.

Amazing location That has access to all cities within 35 minutes, including Baltimore and Washington DC. The guest services were amazing, I wanna give a special shout out to Marcus At the front desk, who only accommodated me and my family, but made sure that my wife’s birthday surprise was special. Joni (hopefully I spelled her name right) But she also worked the front desk and she was amazing with checking out my family and just her welcoming attitude. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City for four nights while attending a reunion. The front desk service was exceptional, and Allen was very helpful in meeting my needs and answering my questions. The room was very comfortable with a breathtaking view of the river and the airport. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was flexible when I needed the room for a longer time before they could clean it. Will definitely stay there again.
