Super professional and helpful front desk staff made check in a breeze. The room had a great view and we enjoyed a comfortable room
I visited a friend here so while I didn not stay in the room I did see it. The room was nice and clean, great view of Columbus. Very walkable to many places downtown and in the Short North including the Convention Center. Parking was kind of annoying as you had to park in a parking garage.
I brought my wife here to columbus for her birthday and had an amazing time, the room was clean and the AC was blasting!(once I turned it on of course). We ended up going down to Big bar on 2, they had my wife's college football team playing, they put it on the big screen for her, sung her happy birthday without me even asking, bartender zuri and Andrew made our night. Amazing staff all the way to the front desk. Will definitely stay here again or at any hyatt at this point there my favorite place to stay while traveling.
